At Whiff Golf, we take great pride in providing our valued customers with top-notch products. If the product you receive falls short of the quality standards and specifications as detailed on our website, we are committed to either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

It's important to note that since our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in cases where the customer ordered the incorrect size, color, or simply has a change of preference.

If you encounter a quality issue with the product you've received, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving the product. We offer complimentary replacements or refunds for any products damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing errors.

Where should you send returns? If you encounter any issues with your order, please initiate contact with our Customer Care team first. We cannot process returns without prior authorization from our Customer Care team.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your refund request has been approved, it typically takes our teams 3-5 working days to process it. The processing time may vary depending on the original payment method. If you made the payment through a bank account or your PayPal balance, expect refunds to take 3-5 days. For credit or debit card payments, the refund process may extend up to 30 days, depending on your card company's policies.
